Whole Foods Market is my favorite organic grocery shopping store in NYC. I love how fresh vegetables and fruits there, and they also provide high quality dairy products, especially yogurt, it’s so yummy. Recently, I found their blog- Whole Story which is quite interesting to read.

Whole Story is the official blog of Whole Foods Market, it’s the world’s leading natural and organic grocer and they’re passionate about healthy food and a healthy planet. If you are a person have passionate doing incredible things related to organics, fair trade, green practice or anything food related stuff, you should follow the blog and join the conversation.

From the blog, we could see there are seven main call-to-actions for Whole Foods, including healthy eating, about our products, recipes, online ordering, mission & values, blog and store departments. All their posts are in a positive tone. Most of their blog posts are about sale event, contest announcement, food recommendation, recipes. I think it’s kind too commercial, for whose who are truly passionate about healthy, organic, green food, they may not find enough helpful information. After reading the blog, I found they post blogs quite often, average around 4-5 blogs each week. Maybe it’s too much, however, their contents have a great variety so I don’t think they are too noisy.

Personally, my favorite part of this blog is the recipes. It provides all the details, simply to read and easily to make. You just need one click then it automatically link to the recipes you are interested. It also provides author’s notes to tell you which part you need to pay special attention while cooking.
